Cancellation Policy

Please aim to arrive on-time for your appointment. We provide a 10 minute grace period and will always try our best to accommodate you when you are running late, however we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your booking after 20 minutes have elapsed from the appointment start time. Please note, a non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings. Thank you.
