Cancellation Policy

At Esla Hair & Kids, your child´s comfort and wellbeing are our highest priority. For this reason, all children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their appointment. Our team works to clear professional standards to ensure every visit is safe, enjoyable, and positive. Please aim to arrive on-time for your appointment. We provide a 10 minute grace period and will always try our best to accommodate you when you are running late, however we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your booking after 20 minutes have elapsed from the appointment start time. Please note, a non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings. Furthermore, for everyone's safety, children must be able to sit reasonably calmly and still for their appointment. If a child is unable to remain safely seated, or becomes distressed or unsettled, our stylist may need to pause or stop the haircut - we reserve the right to decline or end an appointment where necessary. We appreciate parents' understanding that this is to ensure not only the child's safety, but of the staff involved aswell. Thank you for your understanding!
